– Today, Dr. Paul Broun, conservative Republican candidate for Congress in Georgia’s Ninth Congressional District, announced the endorsements of several conservative organizations. These conservative organizations are Special Operations Speaks (SOS), Constitutional Rights PAC (CRPAC), Conservative Action Fund (CAF), Tea Party Forward (TPF), National Defense PAC (NDPAC), Combat Veterans for Congress PAC (CVFC), Eagle Forum of Georgia, and the National Association for Gun Rights (NAGR).
About these endorsements, Dr. Paul Broun said:
“I’m honored by the continued outpouring of support from conservative organizations across the country. People are feeling betrayed by the Republican Establishment. They’re tired of Republicans caving to liberal demands.
“These conservative organizations have endorsed me because they realize I’m a conservative leader who will never give in to liberal pressures. I will stand strong for our conservative values and actually fight back against big government liberals in Congress.
“They also realize that my opponent is an Establishment politician who has consistently done the opposite. He voted for John Boehner for Speaker of the House, even after the people of Georgia’s Ninth District urged him not too. Then he voted for John Boehner’s Omnibus bill, even though it fully funded Planned Parenthood, Obamacare, and Obama’s amnesty plan.
“These votes are unacceptable for so many conservatives in Georgia’s Ninth District and across the nation. Because of that, I expect continued support from conservatives who are ready to fight for our values.”
